Wrist & Thumb

The wrist and thumb area is very complex, consisting of several bones and joints. There are two distinct reasons to need a brace or support in the wrist area: to provide pressure during athletics and weight lifting to prevent injury, or to rehabilitate and immobilize the wrist to reduce pain and promote healing. Some of the conditions that often require a brace are arthritis, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel, De Quervain syndrome, skier’s thumb, tendonitis, and wrist strain or sprain. Sizing for wrist braces is based on the circumference of your wrist and many are adjustable for optimal comfort.
